Great service everytime I use them. Took a peugeout in for an mot. Faults that were needed to pass were sorted the same day. Popped in today for my brakes to be checked on my MG. Prompt and friendly service

J&S really went above and beyond when my parents car was taken in last minute with countless issues & a new engine needed. They kept my parents updated at all stages of repair, not once did they have to chase for answers. The service before, during and after was/is brilliant - thank you all so much! I will be taking my own car there in the future if any issues arise.

Took my car in to have a broken connection fixed for the EGR and this was done perfectly and he even sent me pictures on messenger, asked if I wanted any other work done and had the glow plugs changed which I wanted doing. Got the car and was very happy with the bill thought it would be alot more but was very reasonable and the car runs so much more smoothly now very happy. Will defiantly be going back here in the future for any more work highly recommend.

Recently had a full service and MOT for my vehicle and was really impressed by the thorough and timely job that the team did. Honest and friendly staff that take the time out to actually explain the issues and things to keep an eye on. Would highly recommend and will for sure be using again in the future.

I recently had my first experience with J&S Autocare, and I must say, it was absolutely amazing! I needed an MOT and some repairs done on my vehicle, and they exceeded my expectations in every way.They had my car ready within 24 hours, which was a huge relief for me. It's rare to find such efficiency in the auto service industry.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me.They also went above and beyond to identify and address issue that came up unexpectedly.I couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding service I received. I had booked in my car 2 days before for a check because my engine or somewhere was leaking internally. When I went in the guy said to leave it for 1 Half hour and they will find out the problem but when I called them after two hours the guy said it was leaking internally (which I knew already) but his not sure fully where, it could be the EGR cooler or something else (I forgot) and said he will get a quote ready of how much it will cost me to get it fixed when I go pick my car up, I went in twice but the quote wasn't ready. The worst thing was I had to pay 72.00 pounds because apparently if they put it on their ramp that's the amount they charge but couldn't even find the proper problem anyway. When they called me later that day with a quote it was around 1200 to 2000 excluding VAT. Guess how much it cost me to get it fixed from elsewhere (350 pounds) Plus they check the car properly by taking everything apart free of charge.

Excellent service. Needed a repair last minute before a holiday and they went out of their way to get it done. Since have needed 2 more repairs and they are always helpful, friendly and efficient, I would definately recommend this garage to anyone.
