Sam's Space Soft Play, Firth Park Methodist Church

I wasn't expecting much from here to be honest. But wow I was so wrong . Its a little gem . Really really clean and welcoming. Food is nice and really well priced. Staff are amazing and the party was great .this place puts the rest to shame . But shhhhhhhh don't tell anyone about it

Had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Sam’s Space yesterday and it was 10/10. From the moment we made the booking, the staff were so helpful, I could call them or send a message and they alway got back to me straight away.The payment process easy and straightforward, and we feel the party package we chose was fantastic value for money.The play frame and toys were spotlessly clean, as were the tables for the parents lol to sit at. It was great that the cafe was open so the parents could get a coffee etc while the kids were playing.Everything was set up when we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and lovely and took the cake and party bags from us and said they would sort everything out. They were so professional, explaining that once the play time is over we would go into the party room and sing happy birthday first then the staff would take the cake and cut it up and put it in the party bags. This really did take a load off what we expected to do and I almost felt like a spare part- but in a good way!The food was great and the kids loved eating in the party room with the disco lights. The room had balloon arches and bunting, with a huge throne for the birthday girl to sit at which was a fantastic touch. The staff played Disney songs throughout the party which our daughter loved, but there was the option to plug in your own music should you so wish.It really felt great to be able to actually relax and enjoy the party and watch our daughter having fun without having to stress about the details and the ‘doing’. We absolutely 100% recommend Sam’s Space as a party venue for your little ones!

Amazing soft play! So friendly and clean and I feel like my little boy is safe here. We had his first birthday party here too and it was hired out just for our party which made it so much more relaxed and enjoyable. We didn’t have to do anything for the party as it was all taken care of so it was stress free. All the staff are lovely too. Thank you so much!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had a party for our twins there yesterday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.Our daughter is autistic and can get overwhelmed. Jade made sure the sensory room was available for us and that there weren't too many kids in at one time. She also took the time to show Lily the party room and make sure she was happy with things the lights and removed the balloon arch as she's scared of balloons. At every point in the party staff checked in with us to make sure everyone was happy.There was a good selection of food in the lunch boxes plus fruit and veg sticks and cup cakes.The whole thing seemed seamless and easy, and took the stress out of organising a party.I wouldn't hesitate to book another party there, and to recommend it to others. It was wonderful.

Fabulous soft play, I’m a local childminder and me and my little people love visiting sams space, always a lovely welcome, always clean and well presented. The staff & volunteer's can’t do enough for you and get to know the children by name. I can not recommend it enough.

I had the pleasure to work together with this venue and found the pace all over immaculately clean. They have a lovely café with nice hot drinks and snacks in there. The play frame is of good size and other toys are offered aswell.
