Thank you to Rukun for a first in class service. Unfortunately my MacBook Pro was beyond economic repair but Rukun kept me updated at every stage and did an engineer report for the insurance process all at a very fair price. Would highly recommend!

I have used this firm multiple times since 2012. 1st class service. Friendly & helpful. I bought an Epson printer 3 or 4 years ago, still running perfect with no problems. I have since asked for help & advice with my setup, as well as transferring my stuff to an SSD, which seemed daunting at first, but the assistance from Computer Gentle made it all plain sailing! I recommend these guys!!

Had quite a few problems with my computer, Rukun came to my house, very polite indeed, took my device away, rang me frequently to keep me informed. Brought it back, everything is working fine now, courtesy of Computer Gentle. They charged a more than fair price too. This is my first experience of using them and I would certainly recommend them. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the service I received at Computer Gentle. Thank you, thank you. Walked in freaking at a stupid problem with my laptop. As someone with severe mental health issues I was in melt down. The guys reaction was so relaxed and polite. Fixed the problem there and then for me. This could have been a very bad situation for me, but their speedy response and knowledge helped more than they can understand.

Truly incredible!!!!Can't even express in words just how amazing brother Rukun is!Even with my annoying request to have everything in white he was absolutely great!Going above and beyond to find everything and give me the beautiful desktop of my dreams.Everything is just PERFECT!He even added in extra LED lights to the tower that make it look so cool and add that little something special to the room!Brother Rukun is an utterly amazing person, genuine, honest, humble, ​kind, helpful and an all around fantastic guy.HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!10/10!Also went back later with another request for a white HD webcam and not surprisingly brother Rukun didn't let us down.A real gentleman!

Didn't know what was wrong with my computer. Display remained black so took it in and was quickly and politely informed of the issue I was having. Good service, well recommended.
