I received the package fairly quickly so well done on that, however, the box was squashed and poorly packaged. It looks like it was stored in a wet and dumped place so it was shrunk-wrapped and upon checking the content the actual cardboard box was still wet. At first, I thought it was used but after checking all parts seemed to be in place. I haven't installed it yet so hopefully all works fine.*Updated* After installation we realised that the toilet sent was right, but... the flush plate wasn't. For some reason, Royal Bathrooms decided to send us a Chrome plate instead of what we originally ordered - Brass. They explained that we ordered chrome which makes no sense because we only had 1 link that was brass, everything we ordered for our bathroom was brass so it makes no sense to order chrome. I believe the actual unit was previously opened and the chrome plate was just chucked in for good measure.

Excellent customer service. From point of contact to quality of products. When I contacted for return of a sink unit (I hadn’t measured up properly, otherwise vanity unit was perfect) they organised return almost immediately and had refunded me all within the week. If only every company out there responded this fast. Great communication.

bought a shower tray from Royal Bathrooms and we are very pleased with it. They despatched it quickly and it arrived in good condition. no problems, staff were very helpful when we called them.

We ordered products form Royal Bathrooms and only noticed we were missing an item, as can happen, sometime later. I contacted RB and they issued out a replacement item immediately. Great customer service and quality products, I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered Abacus toilet pan from Royal Bathrooms but it arrived in less than perfect condition. I contacted the customer service - they dealt with the issue immediately and sent a replacement within a couple of days. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

Super quick shipping, item was well packaged and great value for money. We ordered a modern looking toilet, seat and cistern and honestly their prices were very good. I am impressed with the quality of the product and the level of service received. When we redo our other bathrooms we will definitely support this business first before others. P.s. we ordered off eBay, they have loads of reviews on there which are helpful and is worth a look on there before ordering

Misleading titles to draw you in. Ordered what I thought was an abacus" wall hung toilet and frame. Got a own branded frame and toilet. Would not have bought it if I had known. It looks bad stood next to my genuine abacus basin frame. The fixings provided are poor. The instructions

Ordered a Vanity Sink & WC unit. Arrived VERY quickly, next day!When plumber came to fit the items, we had nothing but problems:*Sink unit had a damaged door.*Cistern was missing seals*Toilet seat fittings were dented.Upon calling, Harry was very rude and told me to send an email with a picture of the missing items, not sure how I can picture items I don’t have.My plumber worked around the issues, bought the missing parts from Screwfix and Royal Bathrooms have the audacity to ask why I had it fitted when I was happy.What did they expect? I live without a toilet and sink which was stripped out while Royal Bathrooms get their act together.Absolute jokers, unreliable, poor service, terrible attitude and frankly cowboys.
