Very happy with the collection of watches and very helpful..I called the Norfolk Watch Company as I wanted to sell my Rolex datejust as I was looking to upgrade. Took the watch in for an inspection and was paid within 30 mins really good experience and I found the guy to be extremely pleasant

I called the Norfolk watch company as I wanted to sell my late husbands watch.Samuel answered the phone, and I was offered an appointment very promptly.I arrived, and the watch was inspected in front of me and I was given a very fair and competitive offer compared to the other prices and quotes I had been previously given. Samuel was polite and professional, and the money was in my account before I had even left the building. Thankyou to the Norfolk watch company for such a pleasant experience.

Had a fantastic experience buying through Samuel. Purchased a beautiful watch in pristine condition for a great price!Even the watch was wrapped nicely which I think is often overlooked by most pre-owned dealers, but really makes it feel like a luxury purchasing experience.Browsing the other stock on the site, they have some quite uncommon pieces, all for great prices.

I purchased a beautiful women's Cartier from Samuel this week, item was dispatched very quickly and arrived next day. The packaging was absolutely beautiful, and a very nice touch, the customer service is fantastic and was even offered a discount, all my questions were answered and Samuel was extremely patient with me.Thank you, will be definitely recommending!

AVOID THE NORFOLK WATCH COMPANY! They sold me a serviced" modern Rolex watch that lost over a minute a day despite regular wear and winding. At one point it stopped completely despite being worn all day.After returning the item after a week I was told their watchmaker could find no fault... what a surprise. They begrudgingly offered a refund but deducted £250 as a "restocking fee" which is just outrageous given they have sold a faulty item.Highly recommend NOT buying a luxury watch from the Norfolk Watch Company
