Never have any baskets available. Weird turnstile barriers to try and keep you in even if you decide not to buy anything in the likely event what you want isn't in stock. Generally poor quality meats compared to other supermarkets. Lights in the fridge are often off so you can't see what is actually in there. Bland hot counter food that is way overpriced for what it is.The only thing it has going for it is it's a 24/7 shop. Petrol isn't even that cheap here anymore. Better off driving the extra mile and a bit to Sainsbury's in Deepdale. Incredible how much it's gone downhill over the past few years.

Worst customer service ever - none existent!Went to collect a parcel - they gave it to someone else - the first letter of our surname was the same.Woman just said she couldn't help - didn't try and get a solution. Said I should wait until the man came back with my parcel!?!?! Then said I needed to ring customer services.... whilst I was standing at customer service!?She shouldn't be in a customer service role with a jacket saying happy to help when she didn't even try and help!

Lovely staff at Asda fulwood but the prices are very often not right, rewards are often on the wrong things. Really have to check the point of sale because they very often are just to confuse you. I do self scan but they are checking a lot more now which defeats the object.

Shopping was good, but when i went to self service check out, the woman that was surpose to be, helping customers with alcoholic age, and custmers having problems dissapeared, talking to the optictions!!! We were all waiting longer than if we'd gone through a normal check out! Annoying, as i was in a hurry to go to an appointment! Nd then didn't even apologise for making us all wait!

Most disgusting place to collect online order where there is no way to call someone to bring your order. The amount of waiting is unlimited only if you are lucky enough you will be able to get your items atleast after an hour and staff us extremely rude will tell you wait or come later

Click and collect is awful here. Checked in and still waited 30 minutes for items. Tried calling up and phone was put down when I got through to the click and collect. Won't be ordering from here again. Blackpool Asda is better for the click and collect service.

Sunday 26/11, a woman stole my phone from hand in front of the manager, it's all on CCTV. When I reacted she played the victim, and of course because I'm a foreigner she asked me to leave the store. A lawsuit is coming against you Shannon (store manager), who refused to even check the cameras! Well done Asda for employing such good managers

Worst asda ever. No stock in freezers. Shocking. I was unable to do a weekly shop as I couldn't find anything I buy. Fresh salads, no kids freezer products they didn't even have jam doughnuts. No asda smart price. Aldi all the way from now on

I do use Asda stores quite a lot as I enjoy the food range they stock.I was disappointed today as I went with my disabled partner and we used a disabled trolley on the front of her wheelchair, only to find when we had done our shopping the wide aisle disabled checkout was completely unmanned.We couldn’t fit through the normal checkouts so we had to go through the trolley self scan.This was very busy and it was a struggle to get through with a wheelchair and trolley at the same time.May I remind your company it has a duty of care towards disabled people and on this occasion it failed badly.

Always so many cages from staff filling shelves. Kind of annoying to shop with the out, but also required for them to stock the shelves. Would be better if isles were wider.
