My experience with the red team at campions was first class. It was easy to communicate on any questions I had and I received quick responses via email. Everything was explained to me through out the process also so I had a great understanding of what was going on and what stage we were at. Special mentions to Zen, Josie & Mikey who I dealt with my house sale, all were very helpful. I highly recommend for a smooth process in buying or selling your property.

I selected campions after researching to complete the sale of our home. The only real issue I have is not being able to get through to anyone on the phone, it always gets diverted to answer phone. I can say that towards the end of our journey, there was sufficient contact, and campions have delivered.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Campions Solicitors, based on the appalling experience our previous solicitors and I have had with their services. Our ordeal with this firm has left us feeling utterly let down and stressed beyond measure.Five years ago, we purchased a house, and it was explicitly stated in the contract that Campions Solicitors were responsible for procuring and providing indemnity insurance, specifically for the lack of easement on the property. This insurance was crucial for the purchase to take place.Recently, we found ourselves in need of this indemnity insurance as we were seeking a new mortgage for our property. To our shock and dismay, whilst trying to get the policy - Campions Solicitors have been completely unresponsive to our requests and have seemingly violated their contractual obligations. Our previous solicitors have been attempting to contact them for over a month, with no success.The disregard shown by Campions Solicitors for our situation and the contractual obligations they undertook is nothing short of shocking. Their actions, or rather lack thereof, have had a devastating impact on us financially. Very dissapointed in a company that is meant to care.

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Campion Solicitors and feel compelled to share my disappointment. Despite my initial hopes and expectations, their services fell short in several aspects.Firstly, communication was a major issue throughout my dealings with Campion Solicitors. It often felt like I was being left in the dark, as they consistently failed to provide responses to my queries in a timely and prompt manner. This lack of effective communication left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the progress of my case.I have sent a complaint email to the manager, to which she never replied back till today.Moreover, this led me to withdraw my instructions and request then to stop working on my file. I had hired another firm and the matter was solved within 8 days.I will not recommend them in any case. We have just completed on our house sale and purchase. Our transaction was very long and complicated but it was handled very well by Jade, Amy and Phoebe. We were kept informed at every stage and they were very fast in liasing with all parties to make sure that there are no delays. We will definitely be using Campions again in the future.

I wanted to appoint Campions Solicitors as my solicitor to purchase a property in Nottingham and paid a fee of £200 in advance. They replied to me that they couldn't take my case (without explaining the reason) but only refunded me £143.20. It turns out that they charge an unbelievable price of 56.8 pounds for replying just an email!!!

I highly recommend using thiscompany as I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service I have received.My solicitor Mikey, has been patient, professional and diligent whilst dealing with my case.Great value for a job well done!

Dreadful. A buyer in our chain is using Campions, they've taken 5-6 months, asking my solicitor questions that have already been answered and holding up an entire chain, causing delays by not checking documents and expiry dates of their clients documents.Do not use these clowns unless you want your house purchase and sale to fall through.Never come across a company as bad as this.
