I went to LUMA-ID to have an initial sketch made into a prototype, Hans listened to my concerns and queries and came up with a prototype that I am really happy with. Mark and Hans are both so professional and friendly, you can tell that they really care about their work and giving their clients a great experience. At the moment, I am following their advice regarding seeking feedback from my target market. However, there is no doubt that I will be returning to LUMA-ID for the forth coming stages. All in all it was a pleasure to work with these extremely talented designers.

I am very lucky to have stumbled across finding Luma via a google search.Having never been involved with product design previously the team have been amazing in guiding, advising & designing my product to a level I never thought would be possible.They really do evolve your ideas into something special and I’m so happy with the result which has now been handed over to the manufacturing phase.A big thank you to Mark & Hans for your exceptional input and effort into making my prototype come to life in a short period of time and at a great price.Highly recommend anyone out there to try these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

Marc and Matt at Luma-ID were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Their quality of work went above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for with my prototype. I emailed the company on-spec with a rough idea of what I wanted done. Very shortly after I had a call from the Managing Director. An online meeting was arranged where I was introduced to the product designer assigned to the project. I had no previous experience of product design or the manufacturing process. LUMA took my images, created CAD drawings sent samples to ensure it was what I wanted and then got me set-up with a 3D printer who can create what I want. Great service . I've went from an idea and a sketch to manufacturing a product in a very short space of time. I'll be using them again for any other work in the future.

As someone with little to no experience working on designs and prototypes, I came to LUMA ID and specifically Alex who has worked directly on the whole prooject with me. He has been nothing but informative and helpful in taking my project to the next level. Considering the big companies that LUMA ID work with, it was nice to be treated with a full professional service which was not patronising or sales driven at all. They are good honest hard working people. Who have dedicated a solid amount of time in delivering quality work. It has been excellent to work with Alex imparticularly for me personally. I cannot recommend them enough!

I can’t thank Mark enough! He designed and printed some fittings for me, for a device that stops my foot from dropping. He did this totally free, and did not hesitate to help when I told him the issues I was having.Absolutely fantastic person!

Luma helped us design a compact player tracking tag. It was a great experience! They delivered a robust design on a short time line with the pressure of multiple overlapping constraints. They also helped us setup reliable relationships to ramp up production. Mark is great to work with and has all the technical skills needed to execute quality product design.

They have helped us complete some incredible/ambitious projects with a completely can do attitude backed up by a very broad set of technical skills.
