I've been to a few workshops now and made light catchers, jewellery, coasters and a fabulous bowl which I was only able to make due to Kate's great tuition. It's a lovely studio and a really relaxed atmosphere. Kate is very welcoming and full of ideas if you're not too sure what you want to do. I would thoroughly recommend

Excellent creative experience with Kate at the Twice Fired Studio. Being a complete novice in the world of fused glass, I was unsure of what to expect when signing up to a workshop with my daughter (aged 11). I have to say the full experience, from when we entered the studio through to collecting our finished pieces was brilliant. Kate’s knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does is clear to see and she lets everyone work at their own pace, giving invaluable assistance on how to create their desired piece. We will definitely be back!

Fab little studio and great class! Kate is lovely and welcoming and there to help with anything and great to ask for any ideas for a bit of inspiration. I've been to quite a few classes and made beautiful bowls, coasters and jewellery, so have both my daughters who thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend!! :)

We had a wonderful afternoon in the beautiful Twice Fired studio. The whole session was relaxed, fun and a fabulous experience. Kate was a brilliant host, guiding us through the whole process in a fun and friendly manner. I came away with 3 different pieces and can't wait to go again!

Such a unique and fantastic experience.My daughter and I spent a morning making some lovely pieces. The whole experience was fantastic. Despite not being very artistic at all, with Kates expert help, it was a relaxing and the coasters look stunning ! My daughter made a few Christmas decorations that we can’t wait to put on the tree !We are already planning out next trip to make more decorations !

As a family of 10 we booked on a glass making Christmas Bauble class last year with Kate. Our ages ranged from teens to grandma in her 80s and Kate was fabulous in teaching us many different techniques and styles for all to try. We had a wonderful afternoon making different baubles and getting into the Christmas spirit. To say this was a first for us all, the resulting decorations were amazing for complete beginners. Would highly recommend a class (0r 2) here so much fun and a great teacher!
