Mom and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the service you did for my Pappa, Terry Emms on 9th November. We gave him the best send off possible and I know he would be smiling down on us for that. Your compassion and empathy from the moment you came to see us, the work we did to put the service together and finally the beautiful service you delivered is a testament to just why we chose you. Thank you Jan for conducting Sandra's funeral, it was beautiful and so fitting for her - just what she wanted. She would have loved it, even us trying to dance to 'Reach'! Everyone commented on what a beautiful and wonderful service it was, thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts - it truly was an emotional and amazing day, made all the better for the fabulous service you did for us.

Jan was superb throughout the whole process and conducted a wonderful service on the day in celebration of our Maggie’s life.
