Found this shop tucked away in an industrial estate. It has lots of tents erected inside the store as well as selling smaller camping items.The staff were knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.The shop is easily accessible and all on the ground level.

After much looking around, I ordered a Vango folding chair for the garden from Outdoor World Direct at a vey competitive price. There were, however, issues with the delivery of the chair - the fault of the carrier. Outdoor World Direct responded directly to my complaint, kept in touch, and got it sorted out. Very impressed with the product, the price and, most of all, with the brilliant customer service. Thanks to all.

Great customer service … just after placing our order we had a concern about the products size/measurements. A quick phone call to a knowledgeable, and helpful, staff member sorted that.Super fast delivery. Will definitely look at this company first in the future.

Absolutely the best customer service of any retailer I have used. Unfortunately due to a couple of issues with my Vango Awning I have had to request items under the warranty, I have had dealings with David and Chelsea and they have super fast at replying to emails and act swiftly to resolve my issue and get me a replacement. I have bought several items and are really pleased.
