Fantastic service from Meraki Halo installing our new doors and windows. From Scott the salesperson, Derek and Kenny the fitters and Lorraine looking after us throughout the whole process, a fabulous team and nothing was too much bother. Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Due to a faulty smoke detector, my front door was broken by the fire service. My insurance company use a door company that couldn’t do a door fit for Scottish regs, so I had to arrange it myself. Meraki Halo were extremely helpful the whole way through, I work away from home, often without access to a phone. The staff were all very flexible and handled everything so so well. All questions were answered swiftly and with good explanations, and the fitting staff were great from start to finish, cleaned up after themselves and the door looks to be of great quality. Would highly recommend!

We recently had two new doors fitted (front and back), we opted for doors for the Rockdoor range and they are incredible! The team from Meraki Halo were brilliant right for the start and the installation team made the installation look effortless. Lorraine from customer liaison came round as the job was finishing and made sure that we were 100% happy with the end result.
