I have worked at savoy cinema for almost 6 and half years and I absolutely love it, the staff and management are very helpful and friendly, the tickets are affordable and the popcorn and drinks are very reasonably priced, a great day out whether it by yourself, a date or as a family, I've experienced all.. came here before I worked here and ill certainly continue to come .photos are of screen 1, which I visited yesterday, very clean and the seats are comfy to seat in.

Hidden gem, on of a kind, last of its kind & a stands its ground in a pit of sharks.If you want a ‘real’ cinema experience then come here, save money and have a great evening watching a film.Parking not great but not necessary when there’s lots of buses outside every few minutes.Can easily walk down from the city and/or back.Brilliant local place, support it folks.

Love you this cinema....family feel... lovely and warm....prices are cheap but cinema feels quality.... you can also snuggle up in a big cuddle chair.....wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable seats and amenities and reasonably priced snacks and drinks. My only gripe would be the boxes used for the kids snack pack, they fall apart so easily and are in no way strong enough to hold the drinks, please supply something the kids can carry by themselves without having empty trays by the time we sit down!

Reasonably priced for tickets. Feels old fashioned in a good way. Seats are quite comfy and the floor is angled so much that you can see the screen even with people sat in front of you. The screens are pretty small for the size of the rooms though.

I used to go here when they had ashtrays in the back of the seats and an intermission half way through a film! It's not shouted about enough! If you've got kids, sat and sun morn is 2.75, the film is what it is, always bang on tho! It's called kids club, it put me off before but it's no club. Just like a normal day...

This is a cheap and cheerful cinema. Not the best looking cinema out there but staff are friendly and you watch the same film you would pay more for else where. I'd recommend for anyone and il be going back. (Tickets are cheaper than other cinemas)

A great institution. Best value on cinema tickets and the usual cinema treats, popcorn etc... a lot cheaper than the likes of showcase and cineworld. Old style cinema seats but still comfortable and the place is clean

I love love love Savoy, so do my children.My partner likes the fancier cinema but I am old school and love tradition and Savoy feels like my childhood! Whenever I go it reminds me of the cinema in Last action hero. On top of being traditional it's the most reasonably priced cinema the tickets and the food are so affordable for families that can't always afford a treat so it gives us that extra opportunity to take the kids out more often.10/10 for Savoy!
