Absolutely delighted with our new Kia from Gillanders. Chris was great to deal with and made the whole process completely hassle free. Within minutes of arrival we were offered a test drive without all the financial queries and checks that seems to be the default these days before you even get to sniff a car. Highly recommended. Other garages could learn a lot from the service received from Gillanders. Great stuff.

Ok I didn't buy a car YET, but we did test drive one. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to accommodating our requests. Stuart in particular and Lisa did everything they could to meet our needs. Also judging from my son's experience their after sales care is above reproach much more than I can say for other larger well known dealers.

I had to travel from Aberdeen to Peterhead for a Kia warranty claim because Arnold Clark Aberdeen was only taking on paying work. If I wanted to claim warranty, I'd have to wait 2 months. It turns out this was a blessing in disguise.Gillanders Kia's service, communication, and all-around experience was personal and brilliant. I'd definitely recommend the garage, and I'll definitely be coming back for my next service.

Fantastic service, had a fault on my car while away in Scotland, call up, luckily had a cancellation and could get my car in the next morning, left the car with them and got a call within 2 hours to say my car was ready and can continue our holiday with peace of mind, Many Thanks to all your team

Absolute 5 star service!!Did everything they could to support me through the transition of an old car that broke down to acquiring a new one. Dealt predominantly with Mark, Chris and Jordan who couldn't do more to help. All members of staff where very friendly and supportive.Would 100% recommend anyone to visit to dealer.

Just got my second car from gillanders. Got a Suzuki Swift SZL from them 3 and a half years ago and today I came back and got a brilliant wee Kia Picanto. As always the customer service was on point and exceeds expectations. They added a really nice touch of covering my new car so that I could get a reveal. Really added to the buyer experience. Mark, Stuart and Jordan were all very informative and made the process super smooth. Louie the showroom dog was also very welcoming and playful. Thanks guys :)
