Nothing was too much trouble for Will and his team who listened to everything I wanted and delivered it as promised. Was so happy to finally have it revealed to us all as our ultimate work vehicle. Black everything including wheels, windows and badges. Honestly the car looks amazing. My sincere thanks goes out to Will for listening and making this happen and to James who also did lots of work to make it as special as he could. After my X3 M40D was badly damaged in an accident, it was recovered by BMW Assistance & taken to Group 1. The repairs and service I received from Mark Fisher and his team have been nothing short of outstanding. The car has been repaired to pristine condition and the whole process superb and stress free from start to finish. I have been a customer of BMW at Worthing for nearly 5 years now and it’s service like this that keeps me coming back. Thank you for all your wonderful assistance.

False promises to trap in customers.After a warning light appeared on my X1 “secure vehicle against rolling”. I contacted Group 1 BMW for their assistance, the gentleman booking in our car advised the work will be carried out under warranty unless it’s deemed to be neglect damage. I booked in the vehicle, only to find out on arrival that the work was indeed not in warranty. My car is 6yrs old, however given it’s a known BMW problem I assumed they were doing the diligent thing and repairing it. This ended up wasting my time, not only to travel too and from the service centre but to then find an alternative service centre.Tip: make sure the person booking in your car puts everything in writing or you’ll be disappointed.

I bought my BMW from here just over a week ago. My experience from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional! I worked with Tom Simpson who, from the very beginning, took all of my needs into account. He gave me several options of cars to look at and did not stop searching until he found a car that was perfect for me.I did not feel pressured at all, I felt valued and listened to, which has not always been my experience in other car dealerships!When the day came for me to pick my new car up, Tom went above and beyond to make it special.I am so happy with my new car and would not recommend anyone going anywhere else! I rarely write reviews, but when I do it’s because I'm very impressed or very annoyed. Happily, this time it’s the former. I buy a car every 10 years and the last time I bought a BMW 3 series. As I was very happy with the car, I decided to get another, a used car that was a few years old. When I last bought one from a London BMW dealer, in 2013, I had dealings with a smarmy salesman who misled me in a manner I only realised after I had paid up. So, I had every reason to be apprehensive - when I went to another BMW dealer. To reduce the odds, this time I chose one a little further away, in Worthing. That was where I met Thomas Simpson. He was honest, upfront, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, and very, very professional. He struck a hard bargain, but I had no issue with that – yet he made every effort with his bosses to accommodate and compromise. On the day of the sale, he made such an extra effort to make the handover experience super-special - a far cry from the last time. Furthermore, Tom kept ringing me a week later and then a month after the sale - to offer help and to say I could come back any time to sort out teething issues -- unheard of but delightful. I now have had the car for three months and it drives like an absolute dream and am enjoying every minute of it. Thank you BMW; and thank you Thomas Simpson - you are the best!

Sean dealt with our sale, and made it one of the best used car buying experiences I've ever had.I viewed and placed a deposit on a 1-Series to collect the next day. I explained to Sean that the car was replacing a family member's car, which had been written off in a head-on collision. Naturally, the family member was very nervous about getting behind the wheel again.On collection day, without being prompted Sean talked us through the numerous safety features on the car, and was extremely reassuring.
