The guys did an excellent job installing the stove in quite an awkward space. They were no bother to have in the house while I was WFH, very considerate of the dog and left the house clean and tidy. The whole process from the initial quote to installation was easy and efficient. Extremely happy with the service and love the stove. Would happily recommend.

Credit also to the team who kept everything so tidy during the installation and the attention to detail while fitting the stove making sure everybody was happy before they left for the day. Would highly recommend Caledonian Stoves and have already asked them about fitting another stove next year.

After trying quite a few stove companies for a quote at a busy time of year, we chose Caledonian as they were by far the most receptive and communicative. We were not disappointed either, as their team were great to have out here and did a very thorough, high quality job. Will be using again in the future for other rooms. Thanks again!

Initial quote was competitive but I chose Caledonian for the outstanding support Harriet and Ben provided even before I'd chosen a stove or an installer. I considered all sorts of options and may not have chosen the new and unusual model of cooking stove I eventually decided on without their cheery, patient and knowledgeable advice. This level of service never dropped after I accepted their quote. The installation happened far sooner than other installers could manage, and the team showed care and attention to detail in every aspect on the day - they clearly enjoy and take pride in their work. One unforeseen issue arising from my choice of stove and positioning meant Ben and Ally had to return to make some modifications, and this happened with the same speed, friendliness and professionalism - they also picked up the significant additional costs this incurred so I'd say Caledonian were worth every penny except I think in my case that may be an underestimate ;-)I've ended up delighted with my choice of stove and installer, and have no doubt I'll get the same great service from Caledonian if I need their support or services again in the future. Great experience all round working with these guys - felt confident in them from start to finish.

I would a 100% recommend Caledonian Stoves, I can't explain how great they were on a new chimney stove installation, many companies didn’t want the work, the owners and team were like family, a proper family company, they were Friendly, professional, kind, informative and just amazing.I will a 100% will be using Caledonian Stoves again on the next project. Smooth process from first enquiry to installation. I had quite a few questions initially and received detailed responses quickly, which I took as a sign of a competent, professional outfit. The stove I got, the Chilli Penguin High & Mighty Eco, is fantastic, although July installation has meant it's only been on twice so far! Installation was problem-free and I was consulted where necessary about position etc. Ben, Ally and Harriet were friendly, approachable and personable folk, which makes things all the better.Post installation, there were a couple of very minor things I wanted to follow up on, one being an unusual scorch mark on the outer glass. When I contacted Harriet to ask about it, she said to run the stove 4 or 5 times and if it's still there, it's probably a little defect in the glass and that Caledonian Stoves would replace it. I'm mentioning this because they're not the type of company that just go quiet on you once the balance has been paid. They really want to make sure you're happy with your stove and get the best out of it. If you're thinking about getting one, I'd highly recommend Caledonian Stoves.

Fantastic service from Harriet, Ben and team at Caledonian Stoves.We were quite specific about what I wanted, but they were more than happy to accommodate. The quoted price was competitive and due to less materials being used at the install, we were charged less than originally quoted. Great to see those savings are passed onto the customer as I've dealt with other businesses who are more than happy to keep these things quiet.Install went smoothly and all staff were courteous and professional. The whole job was completed in good time as well.Communication was spot on. We had a minor defect with our stove after install and Harriet was quick to chase it up and ensure everything was sorted promptly.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.We won't be looking elsewhere and we will be using them again.Thanks again guys!

Just had my stove fitted today and I'm so happy with the service provided. From the initial phonecall and subsequent communication with Harriet to the fitting by the lovely Ben and Oakley, even though it was a bit of a tricky installation, they problem solved along the way and left my house spotless. What a great family business - highly recommend and would have no hesitation using again.
