Fantastic fast service, took a disabled client in to get some keys cut and Paul was brilliant and helped in any way he could.

I went into branch to get my Samsung phone screen fixed. They confirmed they could fix it via sending it off to the central team, with a 7 day turn around. 7days later, they called me into store and advised they could not fix the phone due to part availability.I don’t mind not being able to get parts, but tell me on the spot. Really poor communication and service.

Paul was friendly, very helpful and professional. I always use this shop of keys, even though I live much nearer other key cutting shops. The service and care taken and atmosphere is worth the extra mileage. Thank you!

I went there once a couple of months ago to get some key copies and the service was incredibly fast and friendly £20 for 3 keys I think it was. I would recommend.The place is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday
