Excellent service.Mathew provided a quick and comprehensive survey at short notice.He took the time over the phone to understand our requirements (asbestos survey for a new home purchase) and was on-hand throughout the process to provide an in-depth consultation.The house was surveyed within 2 days, and the report was sent to us within 48 hours.Francis

Spoke to Matt who quickly arranged a visit to the house we had made and offer on with the estate agent. The visit was in 2 days of the call and we receive the report the following week… fantastic service from start to finish.Abestos was found in the property and Matt also arranged for a quote form a Abestos removal firm within hours of issuing the report…So glad we choose West Four London, we are now in the process of negotiating with the vender which if we hadn’t had the survey,would be a huge amount of money to remove at our cost…

Matt was responsive, personable, speedy and thorough. Everything you need really. He's definitely on your side and will try to help you come to an informed decision about how to proceed with managing and removing the asbestos in your home. Outstanding service! We contacted Matt for an asbestos survey and the next day he was already collecting the samples. He provided the report within the next couple of days. Time was crucial for us and he was absolutely amazing! Strongly recommend him! Thank you Matt :)
