my friends mum got denied cigarettes because she “buys them for her daughter” no she is buying them for her neighbour that is 22 and has a child because they also don’t let her buy them! my friends mum talked to the manager and he was absolutely no help!

Local frinton shop with free parking upto three hours. Some items not in stock but this was one of the larger shops I've been too. Prices were typical co op ..

Usually great service and the manager is friendly! Unfortunately on this occasion the cashier was more interested in telling her colleague about a story that might go in the paper, fine being friendly but I didn't get a hello, she didn't even look at me, didn't tell me how much I had to pay AND left the card machine on the home screen for ages as she hadn't pressed the button, proved she wasn't paying any attention to serving me

This is my local convenience store. It has the things that you need. But I've given it a 3 star because some of the staff are SO miserable!!! It would be nice if I got at least a smile when you take my money. The staff either don't say anything at all to you, or they sound as though they are being forced to work there! Customer service should be a top priority. Cheer up, be friendly, and put a smile on your faces! It really isn't that difficult.

Prices seem to rise on a daily basis and in a catchment area of elderly people who don't drive it's a rip off.The shop is ok for bits and pieces but nothing else.Admitted it's well stocked and staff are helpful but it doesn't make up for ridiculous pricing.An example, San Miguel last week £6.50ish, this week £7.50 and Nescafe Azero is now £6.80 which is ridiculous.

Prices of every day items 5-10% dearer then anywhere locally, £1 40 for 2pts of milk for an example...£1 20 in all other supermarkets. Won't be back.

Not impressed we couldn't weigh our bananas as no scales at the self checkout. Apart from that shop was clean and well stocked.

Over priced and empty shelves but staff was filling them still the same it is no longer a shop for the people as it is getting very expensive prices seem higher than corner shops

Extremely rude and obnoxious individual elderly lady on till and really needs retraining in customer care,even though she has been there many years.
