I have nothing but good words for Maison letting agency. Every person I have been in contact with have been helpful and professional. After a bad experience with my last letting agency Maison has been a breath of fresh air. Bethany Johns who helped me find my perfect flat has been informative, helpful and professional and goes above and beyond, answering all my questions. The property is wonderful and I have been kept informed every step of the way! Would highly recommend them!

Maison have been great and efficient to work with in purchasing my first property. It's taken just two months from the initial offer being made to the completion date. I was able to view the property again after the offer was accepted, and they also recommended fantastic socilitors and details of local builders to support with renovations. Absolutely the most helpful and easiest estate agents I have dealt with in Cardiff and I have dealt with a few. A really friendly group of people, nothing was too much trouble for them. Emyr Taylor (lettings adviser) has the most positive, and genuine can do attitude you could possibly come across and has really gone that extra mile for us. This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to any one especially those on a tight time frame!

We had a very positive experience with Maison when selling our house in Canton and would recommend them if you are considering selling your property. The team were always available to answer questions and listened to us throughout the process. Maison sold our house very quickly and, when the buyer pulled out due to extenuating circumstances, they sold it again within 1 day of it being back on the market!

We've been renting with Maison for around five years and it's been a great experience. Right from the beginning, their approach to all the fees etc was so refreshing and our positive experience has carried on from there. Nothing is too much trouble. Whenever we've had problems with boilers and such, they've sorted it with efficiency and care. On top of that, they're very nice people to deal with. Always polite and courteous. Been with Maison for just over 2 years. Fantastic service and support from start to end. They have what the other agency's lack- a human approach! they care about tenants, are responsive and dont shy away when you have a maintenance issue. Honestly, we rented a property which was managed by our landlord and supported by Maison, and I could not find a single fault if I tried! Maison were not even directly managing us, and as tenants were amazing, caring, proactive and supportive as a company. I have rented for 12 years in Cardiff and never experienced such an amazing service. A mae nhw’n siarad Cymraeg!
