If I could give one star I would absolutely dreadful company be very careful dealing with here and definitely don’t get a car delivered.I had been speaking back and fourth with this garage and all messages seemed fair and right answers coming back I was spending £4800 in total some cash so car traded in.Asking questions like how bad is bodywork scratch wise/ dent wise and got a standard message saying age related marks. Has a new mot and passed with no advisories.I live over 2 hours away from here so trusted garage paid £100 deposit and got it delivered.Delivery driver arrives with the car takes it off wagon brakes were squealing so straight away I look around the outside of the car and the rear bumper is unclipped both sides. Bodywork was heavily marked. Front drivers door sounded awful.Boot struts were knackered and was very heavy to open.And brakes discs and pads were so corroded they were absolutely not road worthy or mot passable. Alloys heavily degradedRang garage up and said what’s going on this isn’t the condition car was listed in and he said what do you want me to do no I’m really sorry about this we Will take it back or rectify it nothing like that just what you want me to do then offered to knock £100 off the car which is absolute shocking.Even the third party delivery driver agreed with me this car was in an unfit state didn’t sound healthy at all.Owner now refuses to refund my £100 and states that I refused delivery of course I said I wasn’t keeping this damaged car comes to something when the delivery driver is in agreement but annoyed that he had drove that car over 2 hours to get to me to have to drive it all the way back.Probably get a typical response but I have video proof of the state of the car aswellIt’s a red Nissan pulsar 2015 plateSTAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYScould of caused a serious accident especially if I had of drove with my kids in the car
