I booked this place months in advance, after driving here from Manchester to start a new job I arrived to find I had an email come through an hour before I arrived saying this:‘I’m sorry but unfortunately we would not be able to host you on this occasion due to circumstances beyond our control, we are happy to waive any fees regarding the cancellation. Please cancel this booking for free. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.’Thus leaving me homeless in a new city the day before I started a new job. Don’t book here unless you want to be let down in the final moments. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
