I write this review as 'local competition' as a fellow estate agent, but it doesn't cost anything to give credit where credit is due. We bought our property through Latham's as the selling agent, and I have nothing but praise for Debbie and the team in making the purchase as smooth and stress-free as possible. Latham Estates listed our house with minimum fuss and disturbance. We have recently brought a house through Latham Estates and we've had a really brilliant experience.Our contact Debbie had such a helpful and 'can-do' attitude, with no question being too small. I turned to Latham Estates after trying to sell my house using one of the free online estate agents. Latham Estates did a fantastic job and it does go to show that you get what you pay for. Sarah and the rest of the team there kept in contact all the way through the sale and made it go through as smoothly as possible.
