Absolutely amazing experience. I ordered tyres through Asda tyres to be fitted today Saturday 19th November I arrived and was told after I had left that the tyres hadn't arrived. I understood that it wasn't their issue but was grateful that they managed to get me different tyres sorted. Fantastic customer service

My wheel nut adapter had failed meaning i could not remove the rear wheel off my GTI for a puncture repair.Phoned around locally and Gary at Callow car care asked me to drop by today.Watched him and his colleague remove the locking wheel nut using a very clever method inside 30 seconds!I was amazed.Gary would not let me pay him anything for doing this either.He really got me out of a pickle - what a lovely chap!Highly recommended.

I've been here twice for new tyres, and also had the front wheel balance done this time.The team has been spot on each time and the price has been competitive.Chris does what he needs to do and gets the car back to you, when he says he will.

Always accommodating, very friendly and the pricing is excellent compared to other garages, ive used online quote services and Callows is always the best way to go even though it doesn't appear on the online comparisons (me thinks on line quotes might be riged) Callows every time you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic service. My other half has just had a new alternator fitted there - for his business vehicle, Will's Grill's Catering. Very competitive price and fast service. Had an MOT this morning. It only needed a couple of little bits doing to pass, the lovely mechanics there just did the work, no extra cost, no hassle, no re-test for a daft failure point. Can't recommend this place enough.

I called in to Callow's without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon when they were obviously mad busy. My Focus engine warning light had come on and I asked if I could book in for a diagnostic. The mechanic (I didn't get his name) performed the diagnostic there and then (despite being so busy) and thankfully only 2 small faults were revealed. He reset the engine warning light and wouldn't take payment from me. Incredible service! I would heartily recommend Callows!
