MSI Reproductive Choices - Salford Community Treatment Centre

They tend to ignore details which I usually end up learning from hospital doctors. There is poor communication between team which seems to cause delays and I usually have to ring and chase the matters. Although they are nice people and very friendly, it is the system of working which lets their service down. I have since changed the GP.

The staff , nurses and doctors are excellent but the repeat system is atrocious . Can take 10 days from ordering to receiving meds. The on line system needs an overhauled. It says 48 hours that is not true. Fed up of ringing pharmacy then drs again to chase up meds.

The fakt that to make an a appointment I have to ring between 8-9am and the line is always busy at that time is annoying, other than that most of the staff are friendly.

Over 3 years, I live in the area, I have never managed to get an appointment, it's so bloody stressful! Once when I needed an emergency appointment at 8am,they told me they were too busy but got me an appointment at 7.30pm in Eccles!!that is the only appointment I've EVER got!! Also after filling in a form, so I could at least try get an appointment via online booking, it says I've not registered my email address with them :( I'm honestly at my wits end!!! The place is a disgrace, absolutely shocked it has 4stars... *edit... I have just had a look through the reviews here & it's even more shocking, how others say oh lovely helpful reception, great surgery etc etc . Then the other half have my issue, IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. Do they just give the appointments to their friends or family or something... Or pick and choose, it makes absolutely no sense

If you need a repeat prestription or often visits DO NOT REGISTER IN HERE. The amount of troubles I had in the last 2 years is unbelievable. Better for your health to stay away. Doctors are fab, but the reception ...

Cancelled my appointment multiple times and I ended up being too far along to have an abortion.

The staff are always friendly. I've had a few doctors surgeries over the years but these are the best.

Very helpful front of house staff, always a cheerful smile even at the end of what can be a very hectic day. With the limited options for Drs in the area this seems to be the best.

The staff are ever so helpfull. Can not fault them in anyway but the systems in place to make appointment etc are poor need more phone lines and staff to answer the calls at 8am

A Big Center for nothing,they waste your time without any serious treatment.one day doctor working there told me I have same your problem!!!!As well he said same sentence to my family!!!!When I was discuss with my friends he told them same!!!When I attended an appointment with my partner he told me again my wife she has same your partner problem!!!!!!"
