I have been on this diet for 2 months so far and would have really struggled with it if I didn't have my consultant Amreen. She helped me whenever i needed, also regularly encouraged me to follow the steps properly which I did and lost 2 stones so far. I have had such a good experience being on this Cambridge diet, I would highly recommend it everyone.

Amazing lady! Genuinely caring and gives very helpful advice . frequent communication and positivity in helping me move forward successfully in my journey of loosing weight. Anything you need to ask Amreen is there to help you. She doesn’t make you feel bad if you haven’t lost as much as you thought you would each week, but encourages to continue to see results and praises on any little weight loss. Best consultant out there! I tried someone else before Amreen and I didn’t feel the care or communication there, but Amreen was so helpful straight away and throughout my whole journey!
