My husband bought me an eternity ring from Ernest jones for our 25th wedding anniversary, and unfortunately I lost a diamond from it 18 months later, I went to back to the store in Silverburn and Kyle who served us, was so professional and friendly put me at ease, he told there had been a flaw in my ring and replaced it with a new ring immediately. 5 star service from Kyle. I can't thank him enough x

I had the pleasure of being assisted by the amazing store manager Kyle this evening and I cannot express enough how amazing the service was! He totally enhanced my shopping experience and I was so impressed with all the team in the store who helped me with booking in and collecting my repair. 5 STARS!!!!!!

Just been in store and served by the wonderful Katie. 3 days before my wedding and last minute rushing about for best men and bride man gifts. Her service went above and beyond. Her help, kindness and genuine interest made me so at ease when I have been up to 90 with the run up to my wedding. She made me so chilled and happy and has no idea how grateful I am. She is a star!

Fantastic customer service from Kyle at the Silverburn store. Kyle helped me with the redesign of my engagement ring and picking a new wedding ring, and I can't thank him enough. I'm delighted with my new rings and would highly recommend!!

I don’t feel 5 stars is enough, Anna went above and beyond in helping me find a specific watch I was looking for. The watch was posted the same day and arrived the next morning (Glasgow to Peterborough). I received multiple phone calls updating me on the progress of the order and shipping. By far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Will certainly use the Silverburn Ernest Jones store again for my next purchase.

Jill was brilliant. Organised a number of watches to be delivered to Silverburn store. Nothing was any trouble. Not an easy job dealing with some customers so well done to an engaged friendly staff in the store.

I came in for a ring resizing and had a somewhat bad experience at first, I then came back into store to speak to store manager Kyle. He completely turned an uncomfortable situation into the most positive and happy experience and I’ve came away with my perfect size in ring and so happy. He went above and beyond what he should have done to deliver the best customer service. Thank you so much to the store manager who totally turned this experience around. More colleague training I think is needed for the certain member of staff I first dealt with but Kyle totally made my day. Chatting away about my engagement party and I’ll be going back in to show him pictures. Thank you so so much Kyle at Ernest Jones Silverburn. Such a credit to the company he’s a keeper :)

Came in to browse rings and spotted a couple nice bracelets as well. Anna the advisor took me through different options and sat me down to hear my thoughts and give me ideas. In the end I left with an item I was very happy with.
