Just had my stove installedWhat a brilliant job they have done.fitted it in when requested.The 2 lads that came to do the work where very polite and knew what they where doing clean and tidy.(thanks to stephan and curtis).turned up ontime.From initial enquiry to completion i have been extremely happy with all aspects.I would definantly recomend them to anybody for an installationAlso very competative prices

Have just had the most beautiful fire and fire place installed by these guys. A+ service throughout. From the initial booking, to planning and installation.The quality and workmanship is really top notch and the lads worked quickly and efficiently.Definitely highly recommend if thinking of a stove/burner in the future.Just the cosmetic touches to add now!

After being let down by a local company 1 day before our fitting, UK stove installers were more than helpful to help me. I submitted an online enquiry and got a message via WhatsApp. Within a few messages the date was booked and everything selected that we wanted. The communication was clear and informative answering all my questions. Today 2 lads turned up bang on 8.30am to do the job. The full job took until 4.30pm to complete, the lads are a real asset to the business. I couldn't have asked for more polite, efficient, clean tidy work men. They moped, cleaned up and gave us good clear instructions on how to get the best out of it. It has all been a great professional experience. Then came a text with full aftercare instructions. We really are so so happy with the result. I will be recommending your business to everyone! Thank you very much!

Great service from start to finish and at an amazing price for quality and size of fire.The lads installing were really friendly and did a great job. Tieded up after themselves and ran through all info on how to use before leaving.Really happy .

Had two of the nicest lads come to fit our log burner today. Arrived promptly, made sure I was happy with everything and answered any questions I had. So professional and a pleasure to have them working here today. Tidied up as soon as the job was complete. It looks beautiful and I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Thanks guys

Re-arranged the date due to scaffold company letting me down without a fuss (within a couple of days notice). Turned up at 9am as planned, completed a neat stove installation and left clean and tidy. I would definitely use again and recommend to all friends and family. Thanks

I went back and forth for ages deciding whether or not to get a stove installed. Finally bit the bullet and went ahead with it. After shopping around, I kept coming back to this business. Enquiry form was very straightforward and they were in touch quickly. They sent me information about the prep needed and my advice is to read this carefully as it is a messy job and a bit of prep work goes a long way!!The day arrived and they rang with an ETA. On arrival we had a chat, popped the kettle on and they got cracking. Those lads absolutely grafted! They checked in with me before making decisions, let me know if something may need to be adjusted or changed, were polite, super knowledgeable and kind. I never once felt uncomfortable having them in my home.They left me with a good demonstration of how everything should work, a thermostat, co2 monitor, fire glove etc and tidied up after themselves. I also received a full electronic version of all aftercare as well.So glad I went with them, how they did it in a day I don't know. I needed a glass of wine just watching!!!Many thanks and here's to a cosy Christmas!Xxx
