Renting the place was so quick and easy I wish I had the same experience in my later renting experiences. Dominique was even able to allow me and my flatmate to move in earlier than planned, sparing us both extra nights in the hotel. 100% would recommend!

Inept and lacking moral standards. Untrustworthy, and likely to lie to you to get you to sign. Our house was covered in mold with cheap paint to cover it up when we viewed it but which grew through the paint once we moved in. A certain someone also had an aggressive simpleton boyfriend at the time. Avoid.

Terrible, terrible estate agents! Had a viewing at 5:30pm so rushed through the rush hour traffic to make it on time only for them to not show up or even call me to let me know. I then had to drive miles home through terrible traffic. Waste of time, don’t use them!

Me and my husband had a viewing with this agency for 1 of the flats. The agent Dominique was 15 minutes late and was persistent in trying to finish our viewing as quickly as possible. For example, the agent hurried me into the apartment and failed to wait for my husband to follow. She was rude and not professional. She also said to us that property already had 2 offers, but noone told us about it before thr viewing. If we knew someone already applied for this flat a few days before and its about to be taken, we would not waste our time. Avoid this agency.

Always been decent to me. Friendly service on each occasion I have had contract renewal meetings with them. They do their job as instructed by my landlord... It's not mine or their fault that my landlord is a businessman intent on making as much money as he can without realising the repercussions of his greed on his tenants.

After renting a property on a 1 year lease from park estates I can say with Confidence I will never use their services again. The property was disgusting upon moving in with various cabinets falling off. Top of the kitchen cabinets were caked in thick grease which isn’t to be expected after it being ‘deep cleaned’. My bedroom window wouldn’t close properly not could I open it fully in summer months. This meant the property in winter was extremely cold to the point where I had to wear a hat and sometimes gloves in bed (this is not a joke). We reported this issue 8 times through the winter and either got ignored or told they’d order the key to allow me to lock it shut properly.I’d seriously consider how desperate you are for a property before considering park estates. Embarrassment of a company.

Sharon, Dominique and Amelia all played their parts in finding my ideal apartment, and in making the process of moving in, contracts, utilities, all the small print, as painless and easy as possible.Park Estates are professional, courteous, helpful and dependable.I highly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike.

Worst estate agent I have ever rented with. Chose them because they seemed nice during my viewing and were local, then as soon as the contract was signed they revealed my landlord didn't even live in the UK and they wouldn't be managing the property, instead I'd be dealing with a friend of the landlord. Loads of issues with the flat, it was absolutely filthy, the windows didn't open, living room was full of ladybirds (some alive, some dead), the front door didn't meet safety regulations and the whole building had no safe fire exit which I had to call environmental health to get fixed, I found out I was responsible for an overseas landlord tax that they didn't both to tell me about, promised access to communal parking that wasn't the case, and that's all just in the first two weeks of being there! The landlord was unreachable and their 'friend' was completely useless dealing with any issues always saying the landlord wasn't available and it was all up to him, Park didn't want to know about any of it and wouldn't speak to me, just took their money and left me to deal with all the problems. I've never had so many problems with one property or such a bad estate agent. I would never ever rent with them again.

One of the most horrific and incompetent lettings agents I have ever used. I have been a tenant for almost 10 years in various properties in Manchester, London and Liverpool and I have never, ever come across such an outrageously inept team. They genuinely made my experience of renting in Liverpool a nightmare.I imagine that they might be suitable for certain landlords who do not care about the experience of their tenants or the state of their property, but otherwise I cannot think of who would benefit from their 'services'. Perhaps the five star review from the landlord below falls into this category.Tenants and landlords, please beware.

One of the very worst property companies operating in Liverpool currently.Lies, lack of communication and a general disregard for the customer are the basis of this company’s operating model. The lack of any response to any reviews speaks volumes.Would not engage Dominique for anything property related ever again.Avoid at all costs.
