Dignipets Wolverhampton

Dignipets was recommended to us by the couple we use for home boarding. Our dog, Seth, had cancer and we did think we would have time to organise everything. Unfortunately that wasn't the case and he very suddenly became very ill. Although Dignipets could not help on the evening I initially rang (Unfortunately they do not serve the nuneaton area in the evenings) they took all my details and I was contacted by Ola the next day informing me she could come to us if we wished. At that time we had arranged to take Seth to our own vets that day as we didn't want to see him suffer. To receive that call and know we could have him put to sleep at home instead made an awful situation more bearable. She was with us in under 2 hours and she was wonderful. She explained everything, gave us lots of time with Seth and was so understanding and sympathetic. I highly recommend dignipets. We also received a beautiful little postcard a few days after which was lovely.

The service was quick and easy to arrange, and was thoroughly professional. Such kindness and compassion shown to both us and our dog Max in his final moments. I can't recommend DigniPets Wolverhampton highly enough.

Merel and Becky were absolutely brilliant when it was time to say goodbye to our dog. They put us at complete ease and the passing was so peaceful.Having the procedure done at home was by far the best decision for our Bobbi. In comfortable familiar surrounds we said our last goodbyes.Thank you so much for taking her pain away and giving her a dignified end to her amazing life.

Dignipets and Lucian provided an exceptional service during a very difficult time for our family. Lucian came to our house in the early morning, and was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but his genuine care and compassion for our pet made the experience more bearable. His kind nature and understanding put us at ease during the process of putting our beloved dog to rest. We cannot recommend Dignipets enough and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Lucian and the Dignipets team for their support and sensitivity during a difficult time.

We can’t thank Dignipets enough. The care and compassion shown to us and our Ozzy dog from the moment we called was exceptional. It’s the hardest call we’ve ever had to make but when you talk to people who care it’s makes a difference.Ola, the Vet who came to see Ozzy was wonderful. The first thing she said to him was “hello handsome” - the words I always said to him when I came home and saw his happy face. The grief we feel can’t be put into words. It’s really really a hard decision but thank Maja for helping my doggy cross the rainbow bridge peacefully at our loving home. She had been suffering but no more pain now with new life in the heaven.

The staff were incredibly compassionate and calm during thewhole process from making the 1st phone call to the vet attending at my house. The vet who came to the house was so incredibly calm around my dog and put me totally at ease during the whole process. He explained what he was doing and what was going to happen to Geffrey and it was clear that Geoffrey was not in pain at any time. I have been present when lots of my pets have been put down (at the vets surgery) but this home experience was by far the most respectful to both the pet and the owner. It was not rushed and it allowed for Geoffrey to go with dignity and in his mums arms.

Sadly Mum had to make the heartbreaking decision this week, to help her beloved cat Boomer over Rainbow Bridge. Unfortunately when she called her long standing vet, they informed her they no longer do home visits. A car journey was not an option due to the distress this would cause Boomer. Thankfully the vets gave us your telephone number and within two hours, your lovely vet Ola arrived. She had kept in touch with mum to let her know how long she would be. On arrival Ola was so caring and compassionate to both my mum and to Boomer. She helped my mum through a very upsetting time and dealt with Boomer with great care. Thank you so much for helping Boomer to stay at home to the very end.

We highly recommend Dignipets ... at a horrifically difficult time they were calm, caring, compassionate and professional and had all the time-in-the-world to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had plenty of time and space to say a proper goodbye to our little ones. Its such a difficult time and the pain is always with you but it helps knowing that they did not suffer or get distressed at the end and that all they were aware of at their last moments was the love that you had for them as they slowly drifted off to sleep, in their own beds, for the last time.
