Always outstanding.Have been using this garage for the past 4 years after being let down by one of the big franchise companies.I have nothing but excellent things to say. Work is completed to a high standard and communication is always excellent regarding timescales etc.Recently I had to write off my vehicle and the team at Merlin' Autos were great in allowing me to store the vehicle there whilst I waited for a salvage company to pick it up. The staff are great, super professional and give brilliant customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else now, highly recommend.

One word, wow.As a female I have struggled to find somewhere reliable, honest and with good communication. So friendly and welcoming and reassuring! My car now drives better than it has since before my EGR fault. Super happy with the service and mind blown with how clean my engine and car is! Fantastic, highly recommend.

Have used Merlin for lpg installations, servicing and general repairs over the last 10 years. Yesterday had a persistent ECU and running problem resolved with the usual expertise and professionalism that I've come to enjoy over the years. Work followed by 35 minute road test to refine running and ensure full remedy.All done at less cost than a code reading at a main dealer. Well happy as always.

Having recently moved to the area I wanted a reliable local garage for servicing and repairs for our three cars and two motorbikes. Over the last nine months we've had excellent, timely and accommodating service. Nik in the office is especially excellent and the mechanics have gone out of their way for ad-hoc requests when we've needed them - simple things like adjusting the bike chain or sorting a catch; nothing huge but the type of job that it's so easy to say sorry can't do.. or charge a fortune. . Booking is simple with a reminder service by text and email - and prices seem pretty fair. All in all very satisfied and happy to put all our servicing needs their way.

My alternator had packed in so I took my car to this garage and I could not be happier with the service. My car was still under warranty with a third party so I expected lots of hassle and thought I'd need to make a bunch of calls and fill in paperwork. However, the lady in reception sorted it all out for me without me having to contact the warranty company myself at all.Not long after, my battery was struggling and not holding charge so took it here again at around 1pm and they checked the battery as soon as I arrived. They managed to order me a new battery and fit it all in the same day. The lady in reception was extremely helpful and I will definitely be using this garage permanently.
