After searching for the perfect table and chairs we found them here at CDI. We had detailed assistance to check measurements and the fit Is perfect in situ. Delivery was prompt and the quality is second to none. We are delighted and have subsequently bought other items from the Chapel. Thanks very much team.

Nice enough place but full of very expensive chairs, beds and sofas that look roughly upholstered (aka shabby chic?)Not my thing but has a wide selection of tables, chairs and various bits and pieces

Zero for customer service. The miserable unhelpful woman that runs the place isn’t interested in selling the antiques. I pity the dealers renting space off her there, they must be wondering why they don’t sell much. The other negative reviews are totally correct.

Can't rate this place highly enough. Truly unique pieces, not over-priced, great attentive customer service and communication and even delivered the beautiful table to the first floor room in our home. Thanks so much!

A friendly young lad works there usually who is a credit to the business and I believe the son of the owner, however I fully agree with the last reviewer; the blonde lady at the front desk displays subnormal levels of basic courtesy which do not make customers want to buy from this establishment.

What an absolute gem of a shop. I went in to find some fabric for some dining chairs we are recovering and i was overwhelmed with the amount of stunning fabric and the beautiful pieces of furniture. Sharon was very helpful, we will definitely be back in the very near future.

Friendly staff, nice furniture (reclaimed and vintage) and excellent prices. Picked up six nice chairs for a great price. Plenty of parking right out front and easy to find. We'll be coming back to this place!

Bought one of the beatiful french beds from here - they couldn't have been more helpful, from providing detailed measurments to subsequently delivering and assembling the bed in our home. We were so pleased that we went back and bought a matching" chair

Have now purchased 9,500 pieces of furniture from here over the last 30 years... Please don't tell anybody about this place! It is where I get all my best stuff! 3rd & 4th generation staff have encyclopedic knowledge. Sheffield's best kept secret.

What a shame! I love browsing the antiques quarter in Sheffield,and particularly value the friendly customer service most shops offer.This shop is full of lovely things,but if you're looking for customer service,look elsewhere! In the past,I've had some nice pieces from here but my two most recent visits have not been pleasant: each time the shop was staffed by someone who found chatting to friends,in person or on the phone,much more important than helping a potential customer.Communicating with a customer in primitive sign language while carrying on a phone conversation is just not acceptable! I may have been buying only a piece of fabric this time,but I have a house to furnish and now definitely won't be returning to buy that lovely French bed. Such a shame....
