I have used DC Campers for renovation of my VW T2 camper. One word sums up their services …’ outstanding ‘ . From my first contact to when ‘ Beryl’ was collected to come home they were knowledgable and helpful and the final renovation from the engine through to body work and trim is beyond my expectations. Even my daft questions were answered with patience which I really appreciated! They really know their stuff and I would not go anywhere else now I have discovered what a great service they offer. Nothing too much trouble and a great team of people!

Amazing Campervan with everything you need, First time on a camper van and I didn't want to give it back I liked it that much. Will definitely be hiring Loki the camper again.The Guys are amazing and talked through everything with us so we understood how it all worked.Definitely Recommend.

Simply Perfect Service!the van went in for a full two tone respray, solar panel fitting, new swivel front seats and a couple of other minor jobs. Dave and his team did such a fantastic job and had the van ready for our road trip! Cannot recommend this team highly enough. I’ll be going to them for ALL van related issues.

They were mega helpful whilst I was making the interior material and colour choices, their expertise shone through, proven further when my request for external ‘orange bits’ was made quite late in the build.They worked to the predicted budget, and timescale, a rare talent these days!I would not hesitate in recommending DC custom campers!

Hired a T2 Camper (Betty) for a weekend away at a camper van event. Great customer service throughout the entire process, everything was fully explained the operation of the campervan and contact details given just in case there was a problem, which wasn't required as everything went of perfectly. Great company to hire from or to buy from if you fancy owning a campervan which can be converted more or less to order once a suitable vehicle has been sourced. Give them a try.

Hello there. DC Campers re-lined and carpeted my VW T5 and fitted lino flooring and a wood ceiling with LED lights. Dave and Leigh did an amazing job and I am delighted with their work. Nice people to deal with and they gave a lot of time and trouble to make my ideas work.Having had my van back for a couple of weeks now I can see the care and high quality of their work.Thank you DC Campers!

I took my 1967 splitscreen to Dave and the team at their new workshop in York, for some bodywork and a steering box raise in August this year.With a limited budget, I was after targeted repairs of my paintwork including cills, nearside wheelarch, tailgate, offside rear corner and rear valence. The advice I was offered was spot on and the team understood my aims and worked with my budget. They matched the existing paint colour and blended the repairs in seamlessly. Everyone who has looked at my bus since has said they cannot see where the work has been undertaken which speaks for itself. (Photo attached was taken the week after at Field of Dreams festival in York)The welding work on my steering box raise looks good and everything was properly seam sealed and painted afterwards. Now I'm not gritting my teeth everytime I see a speed bump!I visited the workshop a couple of times throughout the works and was always met by a friendly and enthusiastic team. It's great to now have a local service like this in York. Thanks DC!

The Camper team completely reconditioned our 1964 VW T2 Camper van , from the engine , suspension to part respray and full new interior trim and furnishings.Top team , Top Business

The guys here are fantastic, kept me updated through every step of the renovation and I really couldn't be happier with the result. They are really helpful with general tips and recommendations on running my van and you can tell everyone involved has worked incredibly hard to make it perfect, which shows in the quality of the design and fit - I can't thank the team enough for bringing my dream van back to life!!

We took our Transporter van for some internal customisation to make it easier for us to carry our motorbikes and associated gubbins.DC made some useful suggestions and completed the work to a good standard and in the time slot agreed. We would go back to them for any future requirements.
