Installed my Hive smart thermostat this morning. Incredibly professional and friendly. Really helpful with how the thermostat worked and the technical issue that Hive popped up with. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.

My boiler had completely lost pressure, and I was fearing some catastrophic issue with my underfloor heating. Craven Home Heat came same day, turned up on time; 5 mins of fettling with the boiler later, and we are all good. 1st class service.

Craven home heat offer a fantastic service. I contacted them concerning a new boiler and Mark called round that afternoon. The quotation was fair and within 2 weeks my new Bosch boiler and pump were fitted. They arrived promptly at 8 am and were finished by lunchtime. Amazing! No dramas! They work efficiently and carefully and no mess is left behind. All is taken away! I am really impressed. Any emails have been replied to quickly. They deserve the business and I highly recommend!

Mark and his team were excellent! I will definitely recommend them as they are very professional and knowledgeable. We contacted them to do general maintenance to our boiler and it was great. They are very responsive as they respond to your email right away and schedule their visit right away. More than happy to recommend them!

Just bought a property & knew nothing about how the boiler worked and looked fairly ancient. Arranged for a boiler service with Craven Home Heat who not only turned up on time but they were incredibly helpful. Gave me loads of useful info, showed me how to work programmer etc. A really great service from them, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

So impressed - thank you! Having had a 'screaming' boiler for a number of months we called Craven Home Heat on recommendation. A team of three visited at 8.30 the following morning! Having quickly worked out that it was a non-urgent problem that wasn't really worth spending hundreds of pounds to fix on a boiler that is running well past its sell by date, they suggested it was probably better NOT to waste our money on repairs. They wouldn't even accept payment for the call out! Fantastic honest service. We'll definitely be calling them when our ancient boiler finally gives up the ghost!

I was without heating after moving couldn't figure out why. Put a message on the local community site for someone and Craven Home Heat were recommended. I contacted them and Mark had a window of availability the next day. To say I was relieved is an understatement as the weather had turned colder and started to snow! Mark came round instantly knew the problem...so new updated thermostat later and I had heat....can't thank them enough. I'm definitely sticking with Craven Home Heat going forward for services etc. Thanks again.

Having fixed our prehistoric central heating boiler on several, occasions, the time had come for us to get a replacement. Mark came to see us on Monday and was fitting our new boiler by Tuesday. Finished on Wednesday!! And what a gorgeous looking boiler it is!! With a 12 year guarantee from Worcester Bosch too. If you are based in Skipton or North Yorkshire and need a replacement boiler or even a boiler repair, Craven Home Heat are fantastic.
