Terrible service! Woman completely ruined the shape and thickness of my eyebrows started telling me how I should want MY OWN EYEBROWS! So rude. When I said I wasn’t happy that she had taken off a large chunk and given me pencil thin brows then rudely told me she didn’t need my money but still charged me £8 for the pleasure! Then had the cheek to ask me if I wanted a loyalty card! Digusting service also the woman had extreme body odour which when your working that close to somebodies face really isn’t acceptable! Avoid at all costs. Take the drive to brows in Chelmsford so much better and professional.

The lady is so nice and accommodating.She knows exactly what she's doing and is in my books, a miracle worker.I turned up looking like an old fashioned freakshow bearded lady, now it's so smooth and groomed!!Just wished she could thread my extra rolls away!

Really good waxing service. I have seen amazing results in only a couple sessions and never feel uncomfortable during them. Definitely recommend coming here. Good price and customer service.

I do not live in the area so I googled 'Eyebrows near me' and Kkams Beauty come up - I called first to see whether the shop was busy being a Saturday; my call was answered straight away and I was told to come in at any time. Upon arrival at the shop, I was welcomed by a very smiley and friendly lady. The lady who done my eyebrows was lovely, gave me great advice for my skin which I am struggling with at the moment and provided a fantastic and friendly service. Highly recommended, I will be back when I back in the area!

The very best eye brow theading I have even had. I usually have my eye brows taken care of I East London.. but I now this is my favourite spot.. Also the member of staff that I saw was very knowledgable and experienced in other skin care matters and offered an array of skin care treatments.. also very patient.. I felt very relaxed and now look forward to my next visit
