Bought a Sugar and Cinnamon one today. Not happy with quality. It was hard and not fresh. Not happy with overall quality.

Would’ve gave it 1 star if I could. It was cold and horrible, usually they have great pretzels but today was not it.

Oh my. First time visiting and it was great. Sugar and cinnamon. Can't comment much on the service as it only takes a second. The pretzel was lovely though, just expensive.

Came to buy pretzel at 9.40am. The lady said it will take 15min to be ready. Now it's 10.07am still waiting. Why on earth you advertise your opening time as 9am if the food is not ready even at 10am. Don't mislead the customers.

This is more of a kiosk than restraunt, staff are pretty good n friendly etc but the food again pretty good personally I think best place to eat in mk, certainly one of the cleanest.

Great place to eat, yes expensive but delicious and worth it. It takes me ages to eat them and they are great with cinnamon and sugar ! They ladies there are quite nice and smiley
