Appalling service and uncaring staff who do not care about how it effects your mental health by huge back logs to do things always just wait well that is not good enough a bloody disgrace in my opinion not even apology for the stress caused . Do not use this court they dont care .

What an appalling place. Staff unhelpful. Nobody answer the phone. My important documents lost even though I posted through their letterbox. My emails went unanswered and as a result the judgement was in favour of the other party. The judge was very much critical of us, the wife and I. Its coming up to a month and we are still waiting for the judgement letter from the courts. I gave 1 star. couldn't find anything below that.

I usually never leave reviews but this had to be shared with the intention it might be picked up by one of the court administrators and 'justice' served.Have called them on five occasions and the wait time was over 40 minutes.On one occasion the guy picked up the phone and and spoke for a bit and then hanged up.It was so much easier and the service was much better when the court used to answer directly.I hope it can go back to that.

Waste of time. I’ve spent £100s in court fees so far yet no communication from the court whatsoever, despite countless calls and emails.Just received another demand for money with no instructions for how to pay it so I guess another unanswered call is in order. What a joke.

Absolutely shocking that you have a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. Called and been waiting for 1hr and 1min, after which the line simply dropped. And this has happened already several times.UPDATE: now, instead of waiting for someone to pick up, you hear a message saying the staff are busy or unavailable and the line just cuts. Shambolic, at best!

Number rings through and nobody picks up. When I have called in the past they treat you as if you are a problem and they don't have time for you or don't know how to help. Took months to respond to a request by letter and so I ended up losing my case because it took too long for me to re-arrange another date for the judge to look at it. It was a parking fine that I should not have had to pay anyway yet now the CCJ has tarnished my credit report and it has caused lots of other issues.This time It has just been ringing for 12 minutes and no waiting music but just ringing......God only knows if this is in a queue or if they will actually even know I am calling...... justice my backside.

I have visited this area in 2016. I was there for almost 2 months. In my london trip this was the first place which we have explore. I was there with my 3 more friends.We have started our first shopping for UK from here itself. River side is really very good area. I have spent more than 4 hours there and again visit this place when i was free.Most attractive is the restaurant, which is on bank of river. I will suggest you to visit this place if you are planning to go for London.

After so many bad reviews, I have to signal a very positive experience: asked for a stamp and a signature from a judge for some divorce documentation and the response of court was very swift and efficient. Great communication, paid on the phone what was due and now waiting for my documents to arrive early next week. Thanks to Miss. Martin-Coyle and the colleague taking the payment. Waits of 45 mins to an hour on phone. Then call ended saying offices were now closed! No attempt at an apology or explanation when I eventually got through by email. The civil ‘service’ seem to think it’s ok to treat the people they are there to ‘serve’ with absolute contempt. Utter disgrace!
