Dare of birth is needed to purchase the insurance, but you can't just put your date of birth in, you have to go back month by month which for me meant pressing the back button over 700 times to get it back to my date of birth. Mu finger hurts....

I have got my insurance from here for years- it is easy to renew and the customer service is very helpful! I have never needed to use my insurance so I cannot review that aspect lol *knock on wood* but all in all a helpful service :)
