Good got what I went for

Excellent loads of bargains

Staff have a poor customer service attitude, very unhelpful and almost unwilling to close a sale. Went in today fully intent on purchasing as they had exactly what I've been looking for but when it came to taking payment they tried the old con of saying price tag displayed was wrong one and demanded more money. I said I'd taken the price displayed in good faith and that should be the price I pay. Salesman then said I'd either pay the higher price or I can't get it. Needless to say I left without purchasing. Won't be back and I suggest training is in order for the staff.

Called store to see if the item I wanted was still available, the worker Scott said it was, I then asked if I could pay over the phone as I live over an hour away. Scott said payments shouldn’t be done over the phone as it’s a clearance store and all items should be seen in person before purchase. Okay, fair enough, so I drove the hour to the store, look all around for the item in question because I’m presuming Scott ( being the only worker there ) was busy on the phone. Finally get to the area where I presume it must be to see the worker taking the sign off it whilst still on the phone, when I question him as I indicate I’m here to buy it he explains a gentleman is buying it. Peculiar as I was the only potential customer in the store. He explained the gentleman had come in to see it and was now purchasing it. When I asked over the phone he seemed reluctant to agree that yes it was over the phone and defended the man had come in earlier to see it. Thanks for wasting my time, petrol and money. If the man was there buying it in person this wouldn’t have been an issue but paying over the phone after telling me not to and therefore going out of my way is hypocritical and the reason I won’t back to this store. Customer service skills are severely lacking.
