Faizal was quick to respond to my initial query and I got an appointment very quickly too. Helpful to have the home visit. He was very polite and friendly. He explained the process and answered all my queries. Process was quick and I felt a difference straight away. Good with follow up queries afterwards too. Will def use again if needed.

Excellent service from Faizal, who came to clean my daughter's ear today. She was experiencing pain and had a significant amount of ear wax. The process was quick and easy. He explained the whole process from start to finish, which offered some reassurance. I would 100% recommend his service.

Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend crystal ears to fiends and family.The prices are very reasonable and best of all it's all done within the comfort of your own home.Managed to get a next day appointment and faizal from crystal ears arrived on time, explained the procedure and was professional and offered plenty of advice.Will definitely be using their services again.

I contacted Faizal yesterday and got an appointment for this morning. I would definitely recommend his service. I am more than happy with crystal ear cleaning. Not only did he clean my ear but he provided relief about an issue that had been troubling me for some time in a comfortable manner.

I called Faizal at 1:30 today in desperation as we are going away to center parcs tomorrow and my left ear was fully blocked with wax. Faizal was at my house at 4pm. I was anxious but Faizal is very knowledgeable and reassured me. The wax was stubborn and we almost gave up but now my ear is clear and I can have a lovely break with my family. I honestly can't recommend Faizal enough, thank you so much.

Faizal did a home visit this morning to help my 5 year old daughter with quite a painful build up of wax in her ear. He was extremely good with her and put her at ease because she was quite nervous about having the procedure done. Very friendly and highly profesaional service in our own living room which also helped her nerves and i cannot recommend Crystal Ears enough. My daughter is now pain free and and glady she's now unable to say she couldn't hear me when i try wake her for school on a morning. Thankyou very much Faizal it was a pleasure to do business and all the best in the future A* service

Been suffering with my badly blocked ear for nearly a fortnight, Contacted Faizal who get back in touch straight away with a very speedy appointment, arrived on time, very polite, very professional, very fair price. Completely removed the hardened wax. Feels great to hear properly again. Can't recommend enough.. Thank you so much Faizal...
