The best PT I've ever had. Anne is so knowledgeable in what she does. Understanding and cares about her clients. I had so much fun training with Anne and she taught be skills and gave me tools that have changed my life and I am able to use for a lifetime.

Anne was recommended to me by one of her clients who spoke so positively about her skills and personality that I decided to give WorkoutPACT a try, even though I live in Germany. I wasn’t promised too much. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is extensive, she is a motivating trainer, good fun and knowledgeable about a wide range of topics besides fitness, which makes for great conversation, even on Zoom.

Anne is a very friendly and knowledgeable personal trainer. We were training for our wedding and she put together a customised workout for our goal. She's very supportive and encouraging. Being able to do the sessions together as a couple was what we wanted and she catered to the strengths and weaknesses of both of us. Pricing was very reasonable, definitely worth it, and her personality meant that it was always a very interesting hour, exercising while talking, as she has a story for everything! Thanks Anne!!

After just a couple of months of training with Anne, I was able to do chin-ups, and so many push-ups that I lost count! She trains you very hard, and gets amazing results. She also does every workout with you and keeps you motivated with her unique style and brilliant sense of humour. She’s warm, funny, and really cares about getting you fit. Highly recommended.

Anne is such a lovely person and makes it easy to train. I hate exercise and have never done anything like this before but really enjoy her 1 hour class. Goes very quickly and results are showing and feel better than I have for a long time. Would definitely recommend !!

I have trained with Anne for a couple of years and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is so warm and friendly, she tailors my workouts exactly to my body type, my goals and my preferences.Her studio is completely private, fully equipped and a really comfortable and nice environment to train in. There is no shame there - she is positive, encouraging and helpful, never critical or judgemental. She is really flexible with her appointments and will work around your schedule.I am so pleased I found Anne - she honestly is the only reason that I ever exercise!!
