I dealt directly with Kassie who was extremely helpful and able to handle any query I had. She kept me updated and informed throughout the process. The delivery was seamless and the installation was swift and carried out by two very friendly guys. I highly recommend this company’s reformers and if you decide to have one in your own home you will not regret it. Great to access a workout whenever I feel like it. I’ll never look back.

We purchased the C8 pro with half cadillac and are delighted with it. Jonathan and Scott guided us through selecting the right products for our needs. Gary and Paul delivered and installed the equipment. The purchase and delivery both went very smoothly. Customer service and after care is excellent. Would recommend 100%.

Firstly I think the service is probably the best I have ever encountered, then of course there’s the product, I can honestly say this C8Pro not only is beautiful, it’s so well built! I love it and Kassie the sales assistant was so helpful I literally can’t stress enough ALL round incredible and delivery was SO FAST and super easy single handedly put it together, it was actually really easy

Absolutely delighted with my Reformer and Cadillac. The team at Align could not have been more helpful, or patient with my enquiries and order. From the very first contact, all the way through to delivery and set up. So happy with my equipment and new home studio. Great feedback from clients as well (the dog still isn't sure what's going on though!). Couldn't recommend more.

I highly recommend buying the Align F3 reformer. It's a well made, serious piece of kit. They also have great customer service, from ordering through to delivery and setup.

Just want to say thank you for your excellent customer service in advising and supporting me in ordering my reformer.Scott and his team were brilliant always happy to answer my questions.Gary delivered and set up my reformer all done very quickly and again answered any questions re storage or moving the reformer.I am so happy with my purchase’s and I am recommending you to all my fellow reformers in class.Please use align if buying your own machine they are the best.

A zero fault experience. Kassie in sales has been so amazing and supportive. Delivery/installer guys Gary and Paul did such a good job to get my combi cadillac/C8 reformer into a small space upstairs. They took the time to explain everything to me too! The equipment itself is the absolute best. I've taught on all the major brands and this really is my favourite! I may gradually change out the springs but that's personal preference. I cannot recommend more highly. So refreshing to deal with a local, honest company who care about the customers.

I bought an Align C8 Pro from Align Pilates and it is fantastic. The carriage moves very smoothly and quietly. It's a solid reformer without being clunky.The sales service was excellent. I made several adjustments to my order before delivery, without issue, and in each instance the sales rep was more than happy to discuss any queries I had.The delivery service was also excellent. The delivery arrived on time and the reformer was up and running within half an hour.Thank you Align Pilates
