A great little shop for anyone who's concerned about reducing their carbon footprint and/or using more natural products on their hair and skin. Friendly and helpful staff and a wide range of products for home and personal use, plus some great loose food items and tasty snacks (the garlic sticks are delicious!).

This shop has an excellent variety of stock, great quality locally sourced products and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It also feels very covid safe with clear protocols and a limit on the number of people allowed in at once. On my last visit one of the lovely staff members (Lizzie) helped look up a Christmas cake recipe for me and I bought all of the ingredients apart from brandy, butter and eggs that I needed for it - and have made a cake with no food waste and no plastic packaging which I was really chuffed with. It’s such a lovely way to shop, and I feel very lucky that we have the Refilling Station nearby.

So grateful to have this fab shop on our doorstep. It is easy and convenient to buy just the volume you need to avoid waste and excess packaging and the produce is great quality. Esp. love the coffee and the range of toiletries. Have put together some lovely gift sets for friends with choc goodies and nice soaps.

Friendly and helpful. I love having such good quality products available without the plastic waste. The only downside is that I can never eat normal peanut butter again. Thanks Kirsty for the amazing peanut butter that I can make myself at your shop!

Great shop and super friendly team. They're handling social distancing amazingly well and have a few hard to get items too. You can order by email by 11am and they'll have it ready by 2PM to collect! I had great service from them and will certainly be going back.

The Refilling Station - Zero Waste & Refill Shop
Very helpful with refilling my containers with laundry liquid, toilet cleaner etc. Also good for loose spices in amounts you choose yourself. I have also visited the branch in Grove Road, Harrogate, where I also had lots of helpful advice, and bought some lovely soaps and shampoo bars for stocking fillers. Recommend a visit to either shop.

Great local shop. Brilliant place to get dry goods and specialty foods. With trying to eat vegan it has loads of great options. The staff are lovely and it makes me feel better when I go knowing I’m doing my bit for the environment by using my own containers. Would highly recommend.
