BM Carpets & Sofas

Can’t recommend BM Carpets enough. Dropped in one day for browse when passing the superstore fell in love with a carpet that I had seen elsewhere but was unsure if it would fit the room. Billy actually followed us home to measure up to ensure fit. As you can see the carpet is fitted to a high standard and I am one happy customer that has placed another order for stairs and landing.

I would absolutely recommend BM carpets!!! I’ve had my bathroom vinyl floor from them which is beautiful. And a luxury grey carpet with underlay. It’s transformed a run down house into a home! I met Billy on Tuesday when he came to measure. He brought a sample with him which was great to see what the carpet would look and feel like. He measured up and gave a fantastic price. He asked when I would like it doing and I said asap. He told me the lads would come Wednesday to fit! Super quick turn around. The lads were lovely. Very polite and quick working. Unfortunately during this time, my dad got knocked off his bike. I had to go and pick him up. The lads were trustworthy as I left them in the house whilst they continued to work. Later that evening, Billy rang to see how my dad was which was a lovely touch and meant a lot. The care, detail and workmanship was second to none. Thank you so much ☺️

Billy was very helpful when looking for a carpet. He even gave me a tour of the carpets in stock via a video call. I decided it was worth a trip to the store. I was not disappointed. Billy arranged to measure the whole house the next day and gave us a quote. As we were doing up my dad’s house after years of neglect the pressure was on to get sorted. Billy arranged to hold some back for us whilst we finished the decorating.Billy and the fitters went above and beyond to help us and can’t thank them enough. We still have a couple of rooms to complete but we have been able to transform the house back to a home. Thanks to all the team. I can highly recommend and will be looking there myself in the near future. Great service and value for money.

I went to BM Carpets to look at the artificial grass. I left having ordered grass and Lino. Both were fantastic quality and the help and guidance were invaluable. Absolutely fantastic prices with same day delivery. Highly recommended.

We've just had new laminate flooring in the hall and new stair and landing carpet from BM. Excellent service, they came out to measure up for us and the competitive price included new gripper rails, underlay, door bars and fitting. A very professional fitter made short work of the fitting he hoovered and removed all waste. Will definitely use again and recommend without hesitation.
