If I could leave no stars I would.Sold my disabled mum an electric chair at her house. Chair was not suitable causing back pain after 1 day. charged her £140 on top of call out charge to return it. Said they already had another buyer also so they would not have lost any money, so why add this massive charge!Complete soulless money hungry con man. Avoid this place as there are much better shops around. Wish I’d read similar reviews before using this shop.

Knowledgeable about wheelchairs, scooters, electric wheelchairs, can customise at extra cost, helpful staff. Not easy to park or get into the shop, quite small. Worth a visit, has a larger store in Wallsend.

Extensive range of mobility equipment and excellent product knowledge. Gave helpful advice on suitability of equipment for our needs. Icing on the cake is fair pricing. Recommended.

Hired an auto folding mobility scooter for the week but it broke down after 2 days which spoilt my holiday. Obviously because of where we were the shop staff were unable to help much but id try. can't blame them so it is what it is. Very apologetic on our return and did offer a refund or discount should we decide to hire again. If I do hire again it would have to be a manual folding scooter as it was the auto fold that failed.

Great staff friendly and really helpful I've got a scooter from them when ever I've needed help or something looked at they've been their sorted it and been really supportive.When they've come to my home they've never left me unhappy.
