I recently moved to the area and Ryan has been helping me with my ongoing neck and back issues. My neck was pretty seized up and with a mixture of cupping and massage it is now almost back to normal and the back is liveable too. We are currently working on some exercise as well as the massage in order to increase mobility and it is going well so far. Would strongly recommend

If you’ve never had a sports therapy massage it can be daunting taking that first step. But Ryan makes you feel so welcome and supported, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience.It took me a couple of sessions for my body to feel the benefits but now I feel great after each session and look forward to the next one!

Just had a sports massage from Ryan today. It was absolutely brilliant, as Ryan listened to my issues (shoulder and neck tension) and delivered a great deep tissue massage and cupping therapy on my back, which fully relieved all tension in the area. I feel brand new and having never experienced cupping therapy before I'd definitely recommend it!Get down to Ryan and try it out, I'll definitely be back soon!

As a 5k runner, I use sports massage therapy for recovery and pre-hab. What I like about Ryan's practice is how he finds my area of tightness without me even directing him to the problem area. Ryan really helped me to rehabilitate and strengthen my shoulder following a painful and inoperable rotator cuff injury. He also helped me to strengthen other areas which had weakened due to a reduction of exercise overall, following that injury. In fact he gave me the confidence to (safely) lift nd bear weights that were heavier than I ever had done before the injury issues. Ryan is also down to earth and friendly to work with.
