Good old fashioned and very knowledgable customer service. I always get keys cut here after other places have cut keys which don’t quite work. Today I went to get a replacement tubular latch, expecting perhaps one if I was lucky in the correct size. I was shown 4 different types and explained in detail the pros and cons of each. Very experienced, knowledgable and highly recommended!

Robert (owner) is exceptionally knowledgeable. I called to use a locksmith service, having been fleeced in the past by supposed local tradespeople. Robert was able to attend that day, examined the fault, and remedied without having to purchase another new lock mechanism.Not easily impressed. However, so good was the service that i visited Robert's premises the next day and purchased a new letterbox.Can't recommend enough, don't waste your time on Yell/Google if any issues with locks, Robert is your man.

I visited this morning to look at door furniture for my porch. Robert was really helpful, has excellent knowledge and the shop has lots of choice/stock. Great find! I went for black modern door furniture - highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Great value for money -£5 for a key to be cut compared to £9 at Timpsons around the corner. Highly recommended for locks, keys, door handles, safes and many more. Fantastic staff. Service you do not receive from the internet!!

Excellent service. The knowledge that Robert has about specific keys from specific years is formidable. He was kind enough to show me the key cutting machines and explain how each one worked with different types of blank stock.The keys I had cut work perfectly, even though they were made from a copy. Highly recommended.
