Our experience at Land Rover Truro has been nothing short of excellent.The whole team was so welcoming and friendly throughout the process and made it a real joy.We went in looking for a quality used discovery sport and Nathan absolutely delivered that for us. Finding the perfect vehicle and managing to have it delivered from Manchester, polished and tested in record time! Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work with and his attention to detail and care was so very much appreciated. He answered every question ( believe me, I had a lot! ) with patience and understanding. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness he put in to this sale. Remembering my wife and I had a favourite song and had it blaring as we went to unveil our new car. The most amazing service. A warning light came on just as we were leaving Cornwall and everyone we came into contact with couldn't have been kinder or more efficient. Just purchased my Range Rover Velar from Truro.So far so good with the car.Sales Nathan , Sarah and Elliott were brilliant.However the general sales manager !. Not so good.

Customer service once get to the Truro branch is superb, in fact outstanding, my contact was Olivia, she was outstanding.However, trying to book a service or get repairs done is very, very poor, you have to speak to a call centre somewhere in the country, on one occasion the advisor answered the phone as Vauxhall and did not know where Truro was, not good when owning a Range Rover, I am so busy I don't have enough time to book a service or repairs.

Bought a landrover discovery from Drew Bradbury used car sales manager....what a experience first of all I bought the wrong car ! Extremely disappointed with the service I received and the fact that I was not given factual information. I was given my car back with an engine management light on after it was fixed for another issue, with no mention of the light. Despite a diagnostic check being carried out without my knowledge also. When my husband returned to the service department to mention the light he was told that it was ok to drive and it will be looked into. The car only had 500miles until the engine wouldn’t start again so that advice should not have been given. I was then fobbed off with no too little communication. When the car was fixed I had no apology or paper work to even know what was fixed. Keys just handed back. Terrible service and a big let down.

Very very good. I needed a job done urgently as I was driving to London that day and they fitted me in, got the job done and I was on my way. The new garage and reception is fantastic. So are the cakes !!!!

My first introduction to Land Rover Range Rover and Vertu Truro has been favourable. In fact it’s been excellent. The level of service offered by Paul has been faultless while supporting me to purchase a vehicle. He kept in contact through phone calls, emails and even a personalised video of the vehicle and face time. The process of purchase was easy and hand over top notch. Loved the little touches like the tour and being introduced to colleagues including those in service department. I would so far say I’m a Range Rover and Vertu convert.
