Wagglebumz

We took our little Pomeranian for the first time here before Christmas, (we are based in Barcelona normally) usually he is nervous before going to the groomers and is generally not very happy when we pick him up! However the people at this place really do a good job, are friendly, have a genuine love for dogs and grooming! Our dog wasn’t nervous or unhappy when we picked him up. They did a great job of clearing his undercoat and a wash and trim to follow. I highly recommend and will bring him here again if ever back in the UK.

Such kind and friendly staff who clearly love the dogs they work with. They gave our Cockapoo puppy a really great haircut and he was so well treated he didn't cause any fuss and came out not only very smart but very happy as well. We would thoroughly recommend them.

They are a wonderful team who love animals and make the dogs feel at ease. Nothing is too much trouble and the dogs are always happy to go there. If you prefer you can watch your dogs being pampered or leave them in their excellent care. Our dogs always look and smell really good. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have been going there for a number of years and are very happy with the service we recieve.

Unsure why there are suddenly loads of 1* reviews without any clear explanation why obviously trying to drag down a small business by writing fake reviews. Both my dogs get cut here and so did my grandads dog until she sadly passed away the girls are great with them, cannot fault the service they provide for such a good price, always been professional (Christmas photos are the best) . A great business I would definitely recommend taking your dogs here!

A great groomers, friendly staff who really know what they are doing. We’ve been taking our Bichon for years and he is treated so well and always looks so handsome when you ladies are done with him. He goes in with out a care in the world tail wagging which in my opinion proves he is happy there.

Disgusting service and behaviour from owner and staff, do not trust them here. Made multiple mistakes and proceeded to make false accusations and excuses to hide it. Completely shaved my dog, EVERYTHING even though we specifically said not to touch her ears and just a trim. Reception girl admitted this message did not get passed on, also completed this ‘groom’ in 90 minutes which they also admitted is way quicker than normal so clearly rushed. Shaved half her face before they realised it shouldn’t be completely shaved leaving a line across her neck and cheeks. Tried turning it on us asking why she hasn’t been for a few months like there hasn’t been a pandemic and they have been closed!!! Admitted they made mistakes on the phone and offered £5 refund, which is not good enough, told us to come all the way back and when arrived refused any sort of refund, wasted our time and not reliable. Owner decided to get her dad to refuse us, since she is clearly incompetent, complete joke and completely unprofessional.

Louise and her team are wonderful been taking my Bishon Alfie since she opened and would not take him anywhere else .They do excatly as you say and he always comes out beautifully groomed and smelling divine .X

Hector (Australian labradoodle) has been going to Wagglebumz since he was a puppy, first off he had a puppy groom and now he has regular grooms once a month. Staff is very lovely and professional, they listen carefully to your wishes and requests. My biggest fear was that Hector would hate going grooming, but I couldn't be more wrong. He always has his tail wagging as soon as we pull out in front of Wagglebumz and he happily goes in for his pamper session! I feel Hector is in very good and safe hands whenever he has his grooming!
