Worst hire company ever!

Just back from london where we rented a green motion car from Gatwick. The car was very good value so despite the inconvenience of having to get a shuttle bus off airport we booked and just left extra time. Our experience was fantastic, the counter staff superb and we left in a great mood in an upgraded car for little extra money, we could not fault them.

Don’t use these guys! No instructions or directions where to return vehicle. Don’t answer phone then charge for late return.Rude customer reps and-customer complaints process that doesn’t facilitate customer response. Definitely one for Watchdog!!!

Due to missing information at pickup point (my fault) which I could rectify using details of another passenger /second driver, they said we would have to rebook and pay double the price for the same vehicle which was waiting for us from our previous booking they would not refund us any money spent over an hour trying to sort this issue we had come off an early flight with two children aged 4 and 2 went to another company no problems whatsoever, Green motion kept our payment no refund I would not recommend this company

Green Motion is the worst rental company ! They cashed my deposit for no reason and I never signed the check-out ! Team totally incompetent. I tried so many times to reach them about this problem and I never have any answer.. Stay far from this team !! Absolutely not serious ! All around the world not only in UK !!
